STACK opens two further sites during H2-2024
STACK has opened the doors at its fourth site in Middlesbrough, this week. The 8,000 square foot site is located under the flyover in Exchange Square in the city centre and will offer up STACK's signature mix of street food, bars and live entertainment.
This follows the successful opening of STACK's third site at St James' Park, Newcastle in August. The site is operated in partnership with Newcastle United Football Club and operates as the official fanzone for the club, with live match screenings and pre- and post-match gatherings, while also showcasing STACK's food & drink and entertainment offering 7 days a week.
STACK plans to open a second flagship site in Newcastle in late spring 2025 which will take the group to five sites.

The General Partner and the Administrator are entitled to hold and process your personal data on the following lawful grounds:
• for the legitimate interests of the funds managed or advised by Kings Park Capital such as running the firm’s business, managing portfolio companies, carrying out Anti-Money Laundering checks and fulfilling the firm’s Know Your Client Due Diligence process - provided your interests and fundamental rights do not override those interests;
• where the Applicant is a natural person, the processing is necessary to comply with our respective contractual duties to you under the terms of our subscription agreement with you and all supplemental agreements thereto;
• to comply with legal and regulatory requirements;
• (on exceptional occasions) where we have obtained your consent; and
• on very rare occasions, where it is needed in the public interest.
Some of the grounds for processing described above will overlap and there may be several grounds which justify our use of personal data.
We will explain to you when the provision of particular information is mandatory, including the possible consequences of not providing particular information, for example, which prevents us from proceeding with a transaction involving you.
