Development works have now commenced at Clawford Lakes Resort and Spa, an 80-acre holiday destination that is one of three sites in the portfolio of Lakeshore Leisure Group (“LLG”), KPC’s buy-and-build vehicle in the holiday parks space, following planning permission being secured.
Set to open to its first guests in Autumn 2021, Clawford Lakes will feature a selection of high quality holiday accommodation situated around its 17 lakes, including luxury self-catering lodges, floating lodges built over the lakes with private floating terraces, angling pods and unique luxury cocoons, with floor-to-ceiling windows that will provide guests with a breath-taking view over the lake.
Additionally, from Spring 2022 the resort will feature a swimming pool and spa facility, built from high-spec raw materials, complete with sauna, treatment rooms and lakeside infinity pool. Guests will also be able to take advantage of Clawford Lakes’ excellent waterside location, with course fishing, paddle boarding, cycling, leisure walks and bushcraft activities.
The commencement of the Clawford development coincides with the agreement of a £5m capex facility with LLG’s banking partner, Santander, which will play a key part in funding the development and helping to realise LLG’s ambition to create the preeminent holiday destination in the South West.

The General Partner and the Administrator are entitled to hold and process your personal data on the following lawful grounds:
• for the legitimate interests of the funds managed or advised by Kings Park Capital such as running the firm’s business, managing portfolio companies, carrying out Anti-Money Laundering checks and fulfilling the firm’s Know Your Client Due Diligence process - provided your interests and fundamental rights do not override those interests;
• where the Applicant is a natural person, the processing is necessary to comply with our respective contractual duties to you under the terms of our subscription agreement with you and all supplemental agreements thereto;
• to comply with legal and regulatory requirements;
• (on exceptional occasions) where we have obtained your consent; and
• on very rare occasions, where it is needed in the public interest.
Some of the grounds for processing described above will overlap and there may be several grounds which justify our use of personal data.
We will explain to you when the provision of particular information is mandatory, including the possible consequences of not providing particular information, for example, which prevents us from proceeding with a transaction involving you.
